Student Funding & Fees

Financial planning is an important part of the decision to join us at York. To help you get started, take a look at your potential education costs, and the many ways to find sources of funding.

Tuition & Fees

Tuition and compulsory supplementary costs are standardized for most non-professional programs. Tuition costs will vary according to the number of credits you enrol in and whether you are considered a full- or part-time student. Compulsory supplementary costs are calculated by year and will not vary.

Student Funding

York University offers bursaries, scholarships and awards for mature students, as well as awards by faculty and an Undergraduate Entrance Bursary. More than 1,900 on-campus employment opportunities are also available to our students. If you are looking for additional resources to help fund your university education, the Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) is available to mature students.
