Notes

  • Domestic Fees - To be eligible for domestic fees you must be either a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada (otherwise known as landed immigrant) or an exempted international student or a dependent, effective on the dates specified on an annual basis.
  • International Fees - Students who do not have the status specified above, or who apply to York and declare themselves as visa students will be charged tuition fees at international rates.

*Supplementary fees support athletics, counselling, cultural & special services and fees approved by student referenda. Please visit the website for details about essential and non-essential supplementary fees.

** Example rate for a double room in dorm-style housing. Students also pay an additional $80 Residence Life Activity & Administration Fee. Actual residence fees are based on the specific residence and room style assigned.

† Seniors (over 60) enrolled at York may have all or part of their academic fees waived at the domestic fee rate for York University degree credit courses. For application information, contact Admission Client Services at 416-736-5000. Details about fee waivers.
