York University’s Faculty of Education at Glendon offers a Bachelor of Education for future French as a Second Language teachers in a concurrent degree program. Designed specifically to prepare future French Immersion, Extended French, and Core French teachers at all certification levels, students will benefit from a range of community and school-based practicum placements, as well as the opportunity to participate in an exchange option in a Francophone environment in Quebec or Europe.

A BEd for Future FSL Teachers extends its impact way beyond the classroom. You will learn how to teach French specifically as a subject in a bilingual+ campus and through French immersion placements, go on to explore a career in international development, non-profit administration and beyond.
