Our professors, who come from a variety of backgrounds including business and law, are conducting research in such areas as conflicting or competing values in environmental development projects; international intervention and refugee assistance; and, immigration and racial profiling.

You'll be prepared for careers in the growing fields of ethics consulting and research. You could work on the ethics committee of a hospital or for government agencies who assess ethical implications of various governmental proposals. You might advise organizations on the ethics of international conventions or work in a major law firm or business.
