Study Permits & Provincial Attestation Letters
Recently, the Government of Canada announced that international students are required to submit an attestation letter as part of their study permit application. After you accept an offer of admission to York University, your provincial attestation letter (PAL) will be issued following receipt of your $2,000 acceptance deposit. This non-refundable deposit will be applied to your tuition fees: it is not an additional fee. You will be notified by email when your PAL is available in MyFile. For next steps, visit the Admitted Student website.
