In our Concurrent BEd program, you will work toward your Education degree while completing almost any other York undergraduate degree. You can apply from high school (for select Faculties) or after completing three years of university study.
Completing this program leads to a recommendation to the Ontario College of Teachers for a teaching certificate. Students who have already completed an undergraduate degree or are currently in their last year of postsecondary studies can apply to the two-year full-time Consecutive BEd program. Career paths include: teacher, principal, education policy adviser.
