Help address a provincial need for bilingual professionals in the sciences and join Glendon’s Biology program. The only one ok its kind to offer classes in both French and English in Southern Ontario, we will prepare you for long-term personal and professional success in a field that is constantly adapting to the changes around us.

Biology

Examine statistical methods and genetics, focusing on conservation, ecology and animal behaviour in Southern Ontario’s only BSc Biology program with courses in English and/or French. Expect forested surroundings, an intimate classroom environment, and hands-on research opportunities rarely offered before grad school. Glendonites can also take biology courses at the Keele campus, the longest-established scientific program at York University.

A bilingual biology degree unlocks many career opportunities both locally and internationally. Bilingual scientists are not only needed in Ontario; as the global focus on public health and the environment expands, they are required in everything from marine biology to food science across the world.
