Since its founding in 1959, York has grown exponentially. From its humble beginnings, York’s two campuses have expanded to cover over 500 acres. These 500 acres include six libraries, two athletic facilities, cinemas, studios, an indoor golf driving range and hundreds of lecture halls and classrooms. With their central GTA locations, both of our campuses are easily accessible by car or public transit.
Keele is a self-contained community located in the centre of the Greater Toronto Area. Five libraries, 92 buildings, athletic facilities, residences, a shopping mall and green, groomed outdoor common areas make up a buzzing campus primed for your academic success and an active campus life.
Keele is home to many of our research centres and many new state-of-the-art facilities, including the Sherman Health Sciences Research Centre and Life Sciences building. While many of our programs are based here, Keele students are welcome to take courses at Glendon and vice-versa.
Keele hosts Fall Campus Day in November and the Spring Open House in March. We encourage prospective students and their families to book campus tours and information sessions as well. Dates and details can be found on the Keele Campus Tours website.

Glendon is the only fully integrated bilingual Faculty of its kind in Canada and one of the only university campuses in Canada to specialize in liberal arts education. Students take courses in English, French or both and often learn a third language. Glendon’s beautiful, park-like campus is set in a scenic mid-town neighbourhood, only moments from the boutiques, restaurants and nightlife of downtown Toronto.
Glendon offers unique international experiences with its range of international bachelor of arts degrees and bilingual and trilingual programs. With only 2,500 students attending classes on Glendon, your student will benefit from our small class sizes. Glendon also provides students with a range of services – from advising to writing and academic support – and world-class athletic facilities. Students are also welcome to take advantage of the services and facilities offered at Keele Campus, which is connected to Glendon by a free shuttle.
