Our Admissions staff are delighted to support you throughout the evening, with information about offers of admission, next steps, scholarships, and making a successful transition to York this September. 

You'll also meet with representatives from your academic faculty to learn about courses you will take in first year, hands-on learning opportunities and information about how to access labs, studios, academic advising and more.

School of the Arts, Media, Performance & Design (AMPD)

Realize your creative potential at York University’s School of the Arts, Media, Performance & Design (AMPD). Join us for a brief presentation about our programs and what to expect in your first year at AMPD. Following our presentation there will be a Q&A with current students.


Education

Join the Faculty of Education session as we share with you the opportunities offered through the BA Educational Studies and the Bachelor of Education, teaching certification programs. You will hear from our faculty and students, who will share with you their experiences learning, teaching and gaining experiential education in the BA and BEd programs through the planned community and/or school placements. As a student in the Faculty of Education, you’ll develop workplace-specific skills and enhance your professional networks – all while completing your degree.


Faculty of Environmental & Urban Change

Join the Faculty of Environmental & Urban Change (EUC) as we kick off the breakout session with an exploration of our experiential education opportunities. Discover how hands-on learning is seamlessly integrated into our programs through co-op placements, community partnerships, living labs, and our unique EcoCampus nestled in Las Nubes, Costa Rica.
