President's International Scholarship of Excellence Application

Thank you for your interest in the 2027 President's International Scholarship of Excellence (PISE) at York University.

To access and complete the form, applicants must have a valid York Reference Number, which is issued 4-5 business days after submitting the online admission application. 

The President's International Scholarship of Excellence (PISE) recognizes outstanding academic achievement and leadership skills. The scholarship grants $45,000 CAD per academic year and is renewable for a maximum of three years of full-time study, up to $180,000 CAD. In order to renew, students must maintain a minimum B grade point average (GPA) and complete a minimum 24 credits (80% course load) each year. 

To be eligible, applicants must have an A average (or equivalent) in their high school academic curriculum and have demonstrated leadership skills through extracurriculars and/or community involvement.
